Lynn V. Sette, C.P.A.

A graduate of Quinnipiac University '86, Lynn began her career with Mark Federico, CPA, the precursor to Federico & Sette, P.C. Lynn's areas of practice includes Accounting, Tax, Business Consulting Services, and Estates and Trusts . Her clients are engaged in medicine, retail, wholesale distribution, and real estate . Lynn serves as a volunteer treasurer to various non profit organizations. Lynn is a member of the AICPA and CTSCPA . Lynn resides in Hamden and enjoys spending time with her daughters Allegra & Kyra and her husband Chris.

Michael J. Federico, C.P.A.

A graduate of the University of New Haven '86, Michael began his career with Ernst & Whinney. After gaining experience he joined Mark Federico, CPA, the precursor to Federico & Sette, P.C. Michael's practice areas include Accounting, Tax, and Business Consulting Services . His clients are engaged in manufacturing, wholesale distribution, and real estate. Michael serves many non profit organizations as a volunteer member of their Board of Directors. He serves as the Treasurer to the Connecticut Hockey Conference, Inc., the CT affiliate for USA Hockey. One of Michael's hobbies involves being the head chef for the Cheshire High School Booster club concession stand. Michael is a member of the AICPA and CTSCPA . He and his wife Maura reside in Cheshire and have four children, Michael Jr., Marguerite, Michelle, and Matthew.

Dominic Federico

A graduate of the University of New Haven '73, Dominic began his career with the State of Connecticut Department of Revenue Services, retiring after 22 years to join Federico & Sette, P.C. Dominic leads our Sales Tax Consulting division and is the "go to" when your needs involve any State Tax issue. He enjoys spending time with his children, Dominic Jr, Joseph, Donna Marie, Christina, and Ryan, his wife Mary and his six grandchildren.

Donna Romano

With every strong front office is a strong back office . Donna is the Firm's office manager, coming to work at the Firm thirty seven years ago. Donna coordinates the office to keep it running in top efficiency maintaining due dates, billing, filing requirements, and general office management. A Hamden native, Donna resides in Cheshire, CT and enjoys the sun at the beach and spending time with her daughter Angela .
